Specialty Coating Systems to open new coating facility in Austin
Open house for current and potential customers slated for May 10
INDIANAPOLIS – Specialty Coating Systems will host an open house for current and potential customers at its new Austin, Texas, facility on May 10. The addition of the 13,000-square-foot facility marks the first SCS location in Texas and 11th in the world.
The open house will take place from noon to 5 p.m. Registered guests will be served lunch, attend the 2 p.m. ribbon cutting, tour the plant and have the opportunity to speak with corporate and local management about operations.
According to Tim Bender, SCS Executive VP, Sales & Marketing, “We’re excited to open the doors to our new Texas facility. We look forward to providing greater support to meet the regional needs of our medical device, electronics, military and automotive industry customers.”
