October 26, 2021 (Indianapolis, IN) – Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. (SCS) announced today the release of its new PrecisionCoat VI at The ASSEMBLY Show (booth 1443) and SMTA International (booth 3206). The ASSEMBLY Show is scheduled to take place Oct. 26-28, 2021, in Rosemont, IL and SMTA International Expo will take place Nov. 3-4, 2021, in Minneapolis, MN. 

SCS’ new PrecisionCoat VI is ready to take your manufacturing operation to the next level! Building upon the outstanding reliability and precision of its predecessor, this new platform offers customers unmatched conformal coating and dispensing flexibility through a wide range of valves, tools and features.

SCS will showcase its industry-leading Automatic Quick Change (AQC) feature on the updated PrecisionCoat VI platform at The ASSEMBLY Show and SMTA International. The new system will feature five programmable axes, servo motor position control and up to eight tools on a single machine to achieve exceptional accuracy, repeatability and high throughput for a wide range of automated material applications.
