Specialty Coating Systems Releases New Spin Coater Series

April 21, 2009 (Indianapolis, Indiana) -- Specialty Coating Systems (SCS) is pleased to introduce the new SCS 6800 Spin Coater Series, an entry level spin coater designed with the same world-class quality and reliability that customers have come to expect from SCS products and services. The 6800 Spin Coater Series makes it simple to accurately apply liquid coating materials such as photoresists, polyimides, metal-organics, dopants, silica films, and most organic and aqueous solutions.

The coater's proprietary circuitry provides precise control of spin speed and acceleration/deceleration rates.
